Morning Yoga Sequence

What a great way to start the day, and totally worth the try. These Yoga Stretches looks soo easy, all I have to do is, commit! Like in seriously commit to doing this every morning. How has Yoga changed your health and energy levels, please share...

  2. I once bought a DVD with very clear steps and all, but like I said these steps are easy enough to just start doing. But see now the mornings just turned very cold, and that's a problem, right there. ;)

  3. i LOVE yoga! I practice about three times a week and I dedicate that hour to myself and my body! Will be doing a few posts soon on yoga and how its helped me :)

  4. I remember taking my sister to her first yoga class she walked out and was "oh my word I thought it would be much easier" Yoga is such a great workout . These stretches are officially on my to do list , thanks for sharing hun.
